Sandra Ilene Salinas is certified as a family law specialist through the Board of Legal Specialization of the State Bar of California. She is a member of the Association of Certified Family Law Specialists.
Ms. Salinas is Advisory Counsel to the law firm of Feinberg & Waller, APC. She has practiced before all the courts in the State of California and the United States Federal Court.
With extensive legal experience as a civil litigator and family law attorney, Ms. Salinas provides exceptional insight and guidance. Moreover, she is a recipient of the Wiley W. Manuel Award for Pro Bono legal services from the State Bar of California.
Education
Ms. Salinas received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from Chapman University. She earned her law degree from Western State University College of Law, where she was the Honors Moot Court Executive Director.

She has been a guest speaker for the Continuing Education of the Bar (CEB) - Regents of the University of California as a presenter for The Basics Conference regarding child and spousal support issues, The Family Law Conference - "Custody and Support Issues for Highly Mobile and International Families," and webinars such as Family Law Intensive Courses regarding property, procedure, and support issues.
Ms. Salinas also co-authored an article with Marshall W. Waller, "No Small Matter: Domestic Violence, Child Custody and Family Code Section 3044," published for Valley Lawyer Magazine, a publication by the San Fernando Valley Bar Association.
